Baji betting Terms & Conditions – Please read before using the platform

These Terms and Conditions Baji Betting Applies to the platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the bajibetting.net website, mobile application, and all associated services.

"Member" or "User" refers to any person who has registered with or is using Baji Betting. "We", "Company", or "Baji Betting" refers to the entity that owns and operates the platform.

By accessing or registering on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

To register with baji betting, you must provide accurate and truthful information. We reserve the right to close any account at any time if false or incorrect information is found to have been used during registration.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, and ID details provided at registration are limited in how they can be changed — please contact support for any major updates.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone. The account holder is fully responsible for all access to their account.
• Allowing a third party to use or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

After registration, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you. Certain features may be restricted until your email address is verified.

Baji betting strictly prohibits registration and use by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is a legal requirement under international gaming regulations.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (held next to your ID) – will be requested if required

• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus balance, the wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be met.
• Withdrawals may be held during a fraud investigation. Failure to cooperate with the investigation may result in balance forfeiture.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on baji betting. These rules are binding for all members without exception.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If a cash out option is available, it must be used within the designated time window.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, bets are generally refunded. If a match is completed beyond a specified duration, the result may be deemed valid.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Any subsequent changes in odds – up or down – will not affect previously confirmed bets.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error and a bet is placed at those odds, Baji Betting reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum Win: A maximum payout limit applies to individual bets. This limit may vary depending on the match or market.

For casino games, each game is governed by its own rules. RNG-based games are regularly audited by third parties to ensure every outcome is completely random.

Baji betting regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering amount — for example, wagering 10x the bonus amount before it can be converted to cash. If this condition is not met, the bonus will be deducted from any withdrawal.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Eligibility: The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Eligible Wagering Bets: Not all markets count equally toward wagering requirements. Bets that do not meet the minimum odds criteria will not be counted toward the wagering conditions.
• Bonus balance order: Bonus balance is generally used after the cash balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji betting. If detected, your account will be immediately suspended and your balance may be forfeited.

• Attempting to fix matches or influence game outcomes in any way
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's documents
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking or cyberattacks
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts

Please notify our support team of any suspicious activity. All reports will be kept strictly confidential.

Baji betting reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. In most cases, however, the reason will be communicated and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, you can withdraw it in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules.
• Self-Exclusion: You can pause your account for a set period (7 days to 5 years). You will not be able to log in during this time.
• Closed by the Company: If an account is closed due to a terms violation, fraud, or legal reasons, the balance may or may not be refunded depending on the circumstances.

Baji betting is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• Baji betting is not responsible for any lost bets resulting from internet disconnection or device issues.
• We are not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Compensation may not apply if the service is disrupted due to unforeseen technical issues (force majeure).
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own error or negligence.

Members bear full responsibility for any profits or losses from betting. Baji Betting does not guarantee winnings and makes no promise of income from betting.

If an issue cannot be resolved through support, a formal complaint may be filed. A formal response will be provided within 7 business days of submission.
